help pls tourist visa

I want my mum to come vist me, she's filling out the form, is it right to say she coming to vist me her daughter, so she should say, just visiting family,or she's coming for tourism, will she put my address, a lot of people say,she has to proof, strong ties, I dont want me our my husband get involved, cos am a green card holder, expecting my citizen ship, say 2yrs frm now, so they wilnt assume i want to keep her, and adjust status.secondly she has traveled to uk and India, but during one of her vist to the uk, she overstated her visa, but she back to her county, will that be a read flag

She will have to file and qualify for a tourist visa on her own merit. For that to happen, she will have to show strong ties-- family, properties, etc. She'll have to reveal that she is visiting you on her application. I doubt the USCIS have a record of her overstay at another country using a non-US visa. In fact, an established travel history (leaving home country and returning) will likely be regarded as a positive in the evaluation of her application. Good luck!

Make sure those strong ties are to her home country; ties to the US should be as negligible as possible.
