We are using my retired future mother-in-law as co-sponsor for our k-1 visa application since my fiancee currently lives abroad with me

and has no US income.

Now both of my parents in law are retired and file their taxes jointly, including rent that they receive from property they own.

The one sponsoring me would be my mother-in-law.

She,by herself, makes about 17.000 from her social security and 10500 from her pension.

Now since they file jointly they also have rental income of 15500 under both their names. How do I add that to the income?

Do I split it between them or can I add that on top of her income?

Also do I have to include my father-in-law as partially dependent on the i-134 form and does that add him as an extra person on top

of the 125% poverty line? Or does it stay at the 125% mark?

What about my fiancee? Do we have to add her as person dependant on my mother-in-law too or is it fine if we say that she lives off

money we have saved up?
