USCIS would have a USPS tracking number. You can call them and get the number from them. You can then go to the Postal Service's web site and enter the tracking number...it will give you the information available on when the envelope was sent, what offices handled it, and when it was "delivered".

Next, talk to your postmaster. "It was delivered" is not good enough. You need more information.

In the worst case, you'll have to request a replacement card.

I had ours sent to a Post Office Box because I had heard too many anecdotes about cards being taken from someone's home mail box. But don't get to that point until you know what you can find out about it.

Regards,

Bill

Look here:

http://www.uscis.gov/i-90

There is an option called "My card was never received". Read the instructions there. They indicate that you can get a replacement at no charge, but you have to meet the conditions they've set.

Regards,

Bill

You'll have to file the I-90, no charge. But, while you're waiting you should make an InfoPass appointment to get an I-551 stamp in your passport. We submitted the I-90 at the beginning of November 2013 due to a USCIS typo and it's still in initial review. The last USCIS officer that we spoke with was kind enough to give us a second stamp, this time for 9 months (last one was 6 which expired) as she said it is taking 9-12 months to issue a replacement GC which is just great because we will be filing for ROC in November!
