I-140 approved but I-485 stuck in acceptance since Jan 2014

Hi all, first time posting here.

Background:

F1 visa 2000 - 2005

OPT 2005 - 2006

Obtain H1b 2006 - 2015 (got 3 years extension in 2012 while i'm waiting for my GC)

Started GC process in 2009

Obtain Labor Cert in 2010

Obtain I-140 with Company A in 2010

Waiting for PD to become current (ROW EB3)

Company A got acquired by Company B on Sep 2013

Sent Amended I-140 on 11/29/14 (able to keep original PD in 2010) (NSC)

On 1/13/14, PD became current so we (my wife and I) filed I-485/I-131/I-765 concurrently with I-140 amended (NSC)

- Got 1st FP 2/19/14

- My wife got second FP 3/14/14

- I131/I765 approved 3/28/14

- Received EAD on 4/7/2014

- I-485 remain in Acceptance status (due to I-140 still in Initial Review)

On 5/1/2014 - Amended I-140 approved (receipt date 11/29/2013 - approved 5/1/2014... took forever in Nebraska to approved my I-140)

Now my question is that, my I-485 for me and my wife still sitting in acceptance status. Processing timeline on NSC website said 4 months and it has been almost 4 months since 1/13/2014

Does anyone knows why my applications doesn't get move to initial review? Should I email USCIS and ask? How should i proceed with this.
