Suspected members of Nigeria's notorious Islamic extremist group Boko Haram kidnapped eight more girls from a village in northeastern Nigeria on Tuesday, Sky News reported, citing police and residents.

Sky News said the girls, ages 12 to 15, were abducted in Warabe, near one of the Islamist militant group's strongholds.

"They were many, and all of them carried guns. They came in two vehicles painted in army color," local resident Lazarus Musa told Sky News. "They started shooting in our village."

A police source who declined to identify himself to the news agency said the girls were taken away on trucks, along with stolen livestock and food.

The Nigerian government, such as it exists, needs to put out bait for the Haramis of Boko Haram. I'm thinking light skinned girls who would demand a premium in the sex slave market. Except these light skinned girls aren't real girls, but life-like droids designed to identify an enemy and eliminate it.

I bet the Japanese can build that.

Since they said they took the girls to marry them off to soldiers, I suppose it is a sign that the rank and file guys in the group are getting restless and unhappy. So, the leadership promises them women to sweeten the pot. Maybe it's a good sign that people want more incentive to stay in the group.

But, once they get the money, they'll be happy again.
