Just put everything in the envelope. You can use paperclips if you like. Your check won't get lost. If you read the instructions for the mailroom, they are mean to cut the envelope on three sides and open it like a book, to get everything little tiny thing inside. Even a loose check floating around in the envelope would be found.

They are going to undo whatever you do and file it their own way in their own files. So don't try to make it too pretty, it will just get ruined.

I just got one organizer folder and paper clips.I realized they do it their own way.But i still want it to be right and well organized,so it will be easier for them to read it
