1 Year and 3 Months AP

Been in AP for 1 year and 3 months already. No answer from the USCIS... when my wife call them up they say they are still waiting for the discussion to come up if reaffirm our case or not. What can I do??!!!

i had to wait 5 YEARS in AP and 3 interviews . Now im in USA finally . so be patience God will solve it soon .

Any idea why are you in AP? Why did they send the case back to USCIS? I also had my interview on May 8th and they gave me a white slip with the box ticked my case requires Additional administrative processing. So I don't understand why did they do that? how do you get to know when the case is sent back to USCIS. I am a VAWA beneficiary.

It's been over a year for us in AP.

It happened with my fiance too, consulate sent it back to uscis in VSC. when I canlled they said your k1 is expired so you can file again. Please call and find out, BCZ k1 visa only valid for four months what they told me.

Omg !!! My interview was on January6/2014... It has been 5months.. No new from the embassy !
