Calling all TSC December/January/February Fillers

Hey Y'all!

With the amount of people complaining about how slow TSC is, I know there was another person who suggested to contact the white house in regards to USCIS and the service they provide us all.

Someone posted this on the December thread and I looked through it and it made sense. (This happened with CSC when they were being slow, Like TSC is now)

Being a March filler, I know I haven't got any right to send a message since I am only just starting for the long wait, But eventually I will be at the 5 month mark etc etc, But for those who are nearly at the 5 Month mark, I think you may have a right to send a message. This means, If enough people contacted their Elected Representative, They may well look into it and say something to TSC about their backlogged petitions or the way they are treating us (Cause we HAVE paid for their services)

In all, This would help US ALL in general.

I did just that...I got in contact with my congressman and told him what was going on and within 12 days I had an approval. ...I was at my 4 month and a few days. ..actually 139 I think to be exact. ..now I'm at nvc waiting for them to assign my case number to be sent to consulate. ...soooooo with that being said. ...yes...we all need to use our congressman and as constituents we have the right to do so....uscis doesn't understand these are not just pieces of paper and petitions they are people's lives and happiness they are so lackadaisical about. ..they go home to their family every night....if they are backlogged hire more people. ..hell hire me....

That is great news! And it shows that if people do contact them then this matter could be easily resolved and TSC could get back up to date or even move faster/ transfer some petitions. I could contact them describing the situation between TSC and CSC and the delays. But I'm only 1 Month and a week since my NOA1, I'm thinking they will just brush that off. I'm particular aiming this at the December/ January fillers, I mean, I guess they will listen to them before me.

I am in the same boat with being a March Filer... but I wrote an email to my Congressman and Senator to explain the situation between TSC and CSC and suggestions etc. Never got an email back as of just yet but I didn't think it would hurt to give it a try to see if they can look into this problem.

I contacted my district senator today. My question was more toward finding about the discrepancy in application distribution between the two service centers than about my own application, but I did include my info at the end of the letter because I figured it couldn't hurt. We'll see what happens...

i am in the process of drafting a letter to send to one of my state senators. focusing on the disparity in application volume and wait times between the two processing centers.

a lot of people call before the 5 month mark. granted, it probably doesn't help them - but they are free to do so.

no harm in writing our elected officials to share our concerns.

Although I am a CR-1 and newly filed...I have read this part twice now about how you have been only 1 month in and don't think its worth calling on. I say it should not matter how new you are to the process it is maddening the length of time it takes especially that every thing is electronic now. If we are new filers speak up as well as those before us. Then maybe it will push them to approve those before us then move on to our petitions. Remember we are paying none of this is free. How often do we pay for something and have to wait 1, 2, 6, 12 months for it to arrive? I think if they had a 3 months processing time or your money back, petitions would be flying up out of all these service centers. Just saying!

So freaking dumb that we have to wait for so long, how is it possible that drugs pass eveyday thru the borderand tey dnt do nothingggggg about it and they make such a BIG deal about this whole situation, its easier to buy a gun and get a license, only takes one day and this whole thing gosh!! c'mon its 2014, the states problem is not immigration-illegal, its their system they make it impossible, nobody should be going thru this! We need to do something, call, send cards, I dnt know, not knowing when it ends make me feel helpless!

I am keeping everyone going thru this in my prayers, nobody should be going thru this!
