Hi everyone!

Just finalising my documents to send off for Adjustment of Status (from K-1 after marriage), Approved Parole and Employment Authorisation Document...so I can send it off as soon as I get copies of the marriage certificate.

Is the I-797 that we need to include as supporting evidence, the same as the NOA2 we received from USCIS in the mail about the approved I-129F petition? The NOA2 approves the petition (not the K1 visa) and and the date under 'Notice Type: Approval Notice' on it says "Valid from 11/18/2013 to 03/17/2014"...so...can I still use this as evidence even though its 'expired' and no longer valid?

Could anyone please confirm that this is everything I need for each application? I am filing together, and have three separate cover letters for each. Any thoughts and advice would be very much appreciated! Thanks in advance! :)

Hi, as far as I can see with your AOS package you are good to go, ☺ as for the NOA2 I don't think that it's a problem as from what I have seen on here their are lots of people who have AOS from a K1 that have done so after a NOA2 is out of date.

Good luck.

Brian

Your list looks good but you do not need all that stuff for EAD/AP. You have put in a lot of extra evidence that is not needed, per the instructions.
