The appointment letter we received from the NVC didn't have UID listed on it. Just case number, invoice number and beneficiary ID number. I think that UID number you only get of you register in ustraveldocs right?

If you don't have a UID, you can also try your MNL# or passport number in 2Go tracking website.

Yes I've tried that and my searches come back invalid. That's why I said maybe USEM has yet to mail it out, hopefully they do that today though. Thank you for your help!

If ceac gives you an "issued" status, it won't be long that 2Go will be sending you a text. 2 - 3 business days if you're within Manila, add another 1-2 days for delivery to your province. :)

Ahh good to know. It's only been 2 days since the interview so that's probably why search is invalid. Also I didn't request to get notified via SMS as I'm in the States. I dont know my children's cell phone numbers lol

I see. Maybe a good idea for them to call up 2Go then. Or maybe USEM first, just to check if it has been transferred to 2Go already.

Issued is not printed, packaged and readied for pick up by 2GO, it can be a few more days once you get to issued status before 2GO has it.
