Remember when you got your NOA2? Remember how some people who filed their NOA1 three weeks afer you got their NOA2 first and those who filed 3 weeks before you had to wait?

Just like with the NOA2, there is some degree of randomness to this, but luckily this one is measured in days, not weeks. The average seems to be 5 days, but it can be as little as 2 days and as much as 3 weeks..

The good news is that unlike with the NOA2, you don't have to sit down and shut up. You can track it this time, first on the CEAC website until it goes out the USEM door, and then on the 2Go website.

It will be there in a few days.

Delivery of the visa is usually one week after issuance according to the embassy website. The interview is not issuance, so keep checking the CEAC site.

Hi would the CEAC website let you know once it's out the USEM door? as of now when I try to check it it says ISSUED?

Hi Hank, as of now it shows ISSUED? will that status still change?

I believe once it is picked up by 2GO status goes to delivered. I would start watching 2GO tracking over the next couple days.

No, it won't go to delivered on CEAC...its stays in Issued.

We had a notification from 2GO on the second business day after Issued that the Visa was ready for pickup. We didn't have it delivered, opted to pick it up in Makati. And this was just 1 week ago.

You are almost there, hang in there!

My children's interview was done on May 5th, a couple hours after the interview time (6:16am) CEAC says ISSUED, checked 2go tracking by case number or passport number and it comes up "invalid". My children live in Manila, just a few blocks away from the USEM actually. I don't even know if 2go already has it or USEM has yet to mail it out. It does say 7-10 business days on CEAC so there's not much we can do but wait.

Yes, that's probably correct. You are tracking the passport specifically there.

Use the UID number instead of the case number or passport number. I never got anything but invalid with those 2 numbers...

We actually got the SMS before we saw it on the 2GO tracking.

Where do I find that UID number?

You can find this on the "appointment confirmation" print-out. If sent by email, you can also check it from there.

The appointment letter we received from the NVC didn't have UID listed on it. Just case number, invoice number and beneficiary ID number. I think that UID number you only get of you register in ustraveldocs right?
