It certainly is maddening. I find it very maddening that this site is used to promote all sorts of hateful agendas.

I don't know, does the internet give the margins of society more voice and misrepresent their strength?

It allows folks to say what they can't say in person without repercussions. This is why you see some hateful stuff on Twitter and Facebook.

Gegel and I couldn't figure out why some folks here are clearly racists/homophobic/islamophobe come here of all places. Now I know why. They're married to foreigners. They can't join the hate groups they so rightly deserve to be a part of because they married women from non European countries. The very thing they love is keeping them out. Must be painful.

First time I saw that movie (was VHS with some friends) - I dropped 2 pb 30 minutes before & had no idea what the movie was going to be about....I never laughed that hard ever before......

I'm not sure - if I could go back in time - would I kick my young azz or relive it exactly the same but wow...it sure was a good trip that time. (but) Those days are long past and I'm okay with that...for the most part....lol

I think it's the lesser of two evils for these guys. They don't like foreigners, but even more they don't like women who stand up for themselves. These guys want to be in control. So they find women to marry from cultures where women are either oppressed or are used to the man calling the shots. Once they get what they want, it's everyone else stay out.
