Another obsessive question to ensure nothing gets questioned....I may need a 12 step program soon!!

On my Fiance Letter of Intent, do I need to title it (like it is in the example form) or can it just be a seperate letter from both myself and my fiance? Suddenly I am questioning everything...oh lord!

People say that you NEED to have 2 separate statements... While that is fine, as long as you have original signatures on your document and a good letter of intent that is fine..... here is an example of mine

Official Statement to Intend to Marry

I Petitioners Full Name, Date of Birth **/**/**** solemnly swear that I intend to marry Beneficiaries Full Name, Date of Birth **/**/**** within 90 days of entry in to the United States as a K-1.

Signatures,

Signature I

Well, I was going to use their template from VJ but was just wondering if it needed to say "FIANCE LETTER OF INTENT" at the top or it could just be their letter format with the statement. I will have one signed by me and another statement from my fiance.

Yeah that is just an example and while you can use that, as long as you state that you intend to marry your fiance upon entry as a K-1 into the USA you should be perfectly fine
