Hi everyone, I had a couple of questions I was hoping you could help me out with.

Form I-130

Question 21. "If filing for your spouse, give last address at which you lived together." The whole "lived" vs "visiting" has me confused. I went to Iran this past April for 3 weeks to marry my wife. I stayed in her house for the first week (we were engaged and slept in separate rooms), became married the 2nd week and then stayed there for my final 2 weeks in Iran. After that I went home and am currently filing this form. I actually became engaged to my wife last Summer in August, where I would also stay at her place (as an engaged couple for 1 week). I have no idea if that's relevant or not but I figured I would mention it

Evidence for ongoing marital union. I have the marriage certificate proving that we are married, as well as 2 affidavits swearing that they know of our marriage (2 people who were at our wedding). I also have photos from our wedding and honeymoon as well as skype logs, but I was told that this was "overkill" and too much information can be a bad thing. I was told that the 2 affidavits are more than enough.

Form G-325A

My wife's mothers name and father's name were both mispelled on her birth certificate and passport that I am sending as part of the I-130 required documents. I wanted to write their correct names on the G-325A, but then I wondered if it would raise suspicion as to why their names were translated one way but I wrote differently. Should I write what I know is their correct name, or write it incorrectly to keep it consistent with the other forms I am sending?

Employment last 5 years. Do they want all "gaps of time" filled for the last 5 years or no? Should I put time as a student under here? I just graduated last August and am actively seeking for work. I was originally just going to put "none" for present time but figured it might look a little blank. My wife is also currently a student and has never worked. Should she put "none" as well? Or student?

Last but not least, the addresses in Iran are more like directions. If I know an address will not fit and that I will be attaching a 2nd continuation page, should I write "see attached page" under address boxes or fit as much as I can in the box at least?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.

For question 21 I would say " N/a" because you guys never lived together, however it was a vacation/ visit for u.

Also just submit one letter of affidavit , 2 is not necessary at this point.....keep pics for interview.

For the G325A, indicate what exactly is listed on ID's that will be counted valid......maybe some one will correct me if am wrong

I would write N/A or smth like : never lived together .

I think that pictures are good idea , add also few from the visit you had last summer ( remember that they have to be proper ones , no kissing , no silly faces etc. and couple is enough ) one affidavit, and I would not include skype logs , but it's up to you.

Form G-325A

My wife's mothers name and father's name were both mispelled on her birth certificate and passport that I am sending as part of the I-130 required documents. Write as it states on her BC. But I am not sure about this one.

If you were a student as well as your wife , unemployed student, write then UNEMPLOYED

Last but not least, the addresses in Iran are more like directions. If I know an address will not fit and that I will be attaching a 2nd continuation page, should I write "see attached page" under address boxes or fit as much as I can in the box at least?

Just write SEE G-325a CONTINUATION FORM and remember to write on that page what is it and whose is it and put date and sign below.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.

The name thing has my wife a little worried. On each of her parent's individual passports/birth certificates, their first names are spelled correctly. Somehow in my wife's passport/birth certificate it got mispelled slightly. If I write the incorrect name on the G-325A just so it matches the other document that I'm sending with my I-130, then her parents might face problems when they try to come into the US at a future time. If I write it correctly as it is in their respective passports/birth certificates, then it will will not match my wife's passport/birth certificate. Do they (immigration) really check to see if it matches or not? I mean if anything they can just call me if they see it as a problem and I can clarify right?

And for the living question, if I actually put her address that I stayed at for the 3 weeks I was there, would that be a problem? I could always clarify the details on the continuation sheet, stating that I lived there for 3 weeks during my stay in Iran.

What do you guys think?

~put never lived together. You were visiting. N/A is not appropriate. The question IS applicable. None would also be an acceptable answer.

~Good quality over quantity. Affidavits are low on the evidence scale. in this wiki there is a huge list of evidence at the bottom... http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/EZGuideSpouse

Form G-325A

My wife's mothers name and father's name were both mispelled on her birth certificate and passport that I am sending as part of the I-130 required documents. ~She should correct both of her documents ASAP, but NEITHER document is needed for the I-130 petition. Use the correct spelling.

Or student?

~yes fill in if you were unemployed or a student. There should be no gaps.

Last but not least, the addresses in Iran are more like directions. If I know an address will not fit and that I will be attaching a 2nd continuation page, should I write "see attached page" under address boxes or fit as much as I can in the box at least?

~yes if there is not enough room follow the USCIS directions and use an attached page. Write the whole address on either the attachment page or the I-130. Do not split up the address.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.
