Bank statement confusion

For k1 I know we have to file I-134 and I meet 100% poverty guideline but for I-864, I am $300 short. :-(

My household is 4 including my fiancee. So how much more amount should I show in my account ?

Do i need to provide my bank statements for 2013 showing the deposits?

Or i just have to provide a bank account verification letter showing the current balance?

Your income has to be 125% of the poverty income.

Yeah Texas is extremely backlogged. Not sure if they are processing November/December but I know many are still waiting from that time frame. I forsee based on others from TSC that it will be the full 5-6 months until you get something :/

Why can't they make an exception and send some to California?

This guy sent his in March 10th? and his fiance is having her medical on the 7th!

Well to be honest when you are dealing with the government it is never that simple lol. I work for the government and this doesn't surprise me one bit with how there operations are in place. It would make to much sense to send backlogged petitions to CSC to help even the load up and catch up.

I would think yours would have gone to Vermont?

My student visa only took about 3 months and it stayed in Texas but it was a priority i suppose, so they get done a lot quicker

I'm really unsure but I do know that based on which state you are from, that determines which service center is chosen for you. However I did read that back in 2013 all petitions from Vermont were transferred to TSC and I do believe that is still in effect.

It does suck waiting and not knowing when you will be approved, but as many thousands of others who are in our spot at TSC, all we can do is really wait :/
