So frustrated - NVC to Embassy in Cairo

Went to the DHL website and tried the whole tracking thing to see if our petition has arrived in Egypt. I don't see ANY package from New Hampshire to Egypt within the days NVC said they sent our package! They told me it was sent April 23rd. What is the hold up grrrrrrrr
