I wonder what was studied?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Thank you all for you advises and concerns, spent time read through my rambling and misspelled words, yes every great system has flaws, when one sees it one takes advantage, me as well, and yes none of which justified my handling.

My case is too risky to apply on my own, in the coming days I'm going to consult some attorneys and wishfully my journey can start in this summer.

Bottom line, do not apply. That's a sure way to get the ICS on your tail. You've made a huge mistake, though I do get where you're coming from, chances are that you'll never be able to get a visa to come back here legally. Unless you marry a US citizen (which I agree with you is somewhat an awful thing to think about, as long as the citizenship is the only reason for the marriage).

The immigration reform is not happening. Or even if it is, it won't include you. It's supposed to be for DREAMers, you do not qualify. You broke the contract with the US Govt. you signed of your own volition, when you were no longer a minor. That's the first reform that will probably get passed into law. The next one is probably allowing people that graduate college here to stay, but that will not include people that already stayed here illegally. I'll say that again, illegally. So I doubt the immigration reform will help you in any way...

Good luck though, and for God's sake, do NOT apply for AOS!

Born in Romania, been living in the US since 2007 (F1 visa)

F1 visa 2007-2011, 2011-2016 - OPT received August 25, 2014

DV-2015 Selectee - Case Number EU30,7xx - Interview estimate: May/June 2015 (?) - Might try to do AOS though it looks like it might be worse this year
