Bottom line is I don't have the heart to manipulate the already helpless and relic system.

Anchor babies and parents can stay

Marries for benefits can stay

Families, relatives, can stay

Not to mention the paperless illegals, who by the way survived the deadly journey to this side of America, they might have something positive to look forward to

I have done wrong, yes, I have broken the law, yes, I couldn't find a company to sponsor me, what did I do, I found a job and never looked back.

I know marriage can wash me clean, I have been here 6 years every day I see and hear as loud and clear as any of your guys, no immigrant would come here not wanting to ride on this outrages American Train, millions has shoot to their dreams, millions to come.

I like this thought, that my Green Card God has paid for my sins and I should have faith in him, time and place will lead me to do what had planned for me to do.

Ha, thank you all, appreciated, maybe one day I will stand next to you, upright and pride.

Amen.

If there's a will, there's a way. One day will be your day. I have been here TEN years. I was pretty much just like you except I was not illegal. I work, I pay taxes, I go to school and never really break the laws - except for speeding (sometimes) and working with my student status.

So don't give up.

What about the Syrian refugees, surely they should be able to come?

And have you been reading about Boko Haram in Nigeria? I think their victims should come.

And then there are all the Indians disadvantaged by the Caste system, and the Chinese who are suffering ecological pollution.

And Venezuelans suffering under an oppressive government.

And Germans who want to home school their children.

And

Sorry, but I'm having a hard time drumming up any sympathy for you -- you knew when you applied for the student visa that it was not to come and live and work permanently in the U.S. You agreed to that when you accepted the visa. To say now that you have a "clean record" is really a stretch -- if you had a clean record you would have left the U.S. when you did not have a legal means to stay and returned to work only if you had the proper work visa. Regardless of what you want...it's what you signed on for with a student visa. Just my opinion.

For a controversy like this, you would think oh mama, they gonna hang me high up to warn the public, a scandal this grand and calculated, and how unnecessary, looks like most people passed it without much practice this makes Hilary and her big bang theory looks... perky, but wait, there is and has always been one easy way out....have you heard of it.... uh? "can I marry my home girl, does she has a green card, think, dummy"

And commercials are telling people to take pills instead of excises, hey, who am I to say they are morally wrong, I just happen to like excising and I'm not going to tell you what you should or should not do.

I have searched web there are few people like me has gone through the tunnel and came out with a piece of paper they had always wanted, all by the way married. I assume there are immigration lawyers would take me to the tunnel and show me how to find my paper, my precise lord of paper...

In your rambling I assume you mean "exercise" not "excise" (which means removal by cutting) ... But I won't tell you what word you should or should not use...

As a consumer, we all have a right to choose what is right for us. Commercial is there for marketing purpose. And if you ever read the "fine line." It always says "the result varies by individuals." I am not saying that all should take pills to get back in shape nor get up and exercise. It is TOTALLY one's personal preference. Hence, the outcome might be the same or different. You are an adult and made your own decision. You can't blame others nor the commercial (unless it is false advertise). In this case, it is NOT.

Where I came from I didn't buy these "fine lines" and "tone ups", and plus the reality is most of us can't even discipline ourselves, I don't expect people's mind suddenly get clear after bombarded by companies that are there to make a buck, well, ha,, this is nothing but capitalism 101, yes, I was signed up for that, and the world keeps turning.

So any of this has to do with not adhering to the agreement you made with the govt to leave at the expiration of your student visa how??

yo, you don't want me to start rambling again no??

well, leave is not the one and only way to stay legal, I was trying to do what I thought was the right thing and not willing to cut corners, problem was I didn't and still don't have the means to pick and choose.

I was hoping before standing in front an immigration lawyer I should know what my cards are and how does it look like next to straight flush and full houses, now if I have learned anything from here is that my cards aren't worth a pair, but I believe and I have seen small cards win big, so, I'm keep it up.

You entered on a F1 ... You did not leave when the visa expired... You have been working illegially ... You have not been caught yet... No ampunt of rambeling or poker analogies change those facts... You are not married to a USC and are waiting for some phantom immigration "reform" that has 0 chance of seeing the light of day... You have no "hand" to play...

What was your conclusion?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Apparently what you thought was right, it was NOT. If you mean marrying a USC is cutting corner. Let me tell you. It might look that way. But it is also my life that it is now tied with another person. Just like any marriage, it could be good or bad. That's why you see so many marriage counseling or marriage fraud or even domestic violence.

Well, you said you have no means. Let me alao tell you this. Even the "reform" once happen, you need a lot of $$$$$ to come clean with the government. Have you read through the requirements on that reform yet? Maybe you should.

Yes I have read most of the reform information, with tie to student statues I will most likely to register as..I forgot..I was just reading it few days ago, continue, yes there is a fine after which comes years of waiting, in between waiting one can legally work, I don't know what an immigration lawyer will tell me and I don't know how much the dollar amount of fine is, it depends on the years you have been out of statues and may also depends how smart you lawyer is, hehe

At the risk of starting you off on some bizarre discourse again, you have missed a major point that others have tried to tell you. There is NO immigration reform that has passed into law and NOBODY can tell you if there ever will be and NOBODY can tell you what it would look like if it were ever to pass. You are merely using the possibility of immigration reform as a personal crutch and justification for continuing you unlawful presence in the US, regardless of how you supposedly wax philosophical about it.
