I am also active Duty in Hawaii and working on a CR1 and got approved to expedite. Sounds like we are both working in the same situation . From what I understand the will send us Package #3 and we will have to follow those instructions before they set our interview date. When did you file your I-130?

How did they go about scheduling the interview for you?  I am in the same expedite status, and they just received my docs from NVC yesterday 2/7/17.  How soon was the interview scheduled for?
