Bringing son of USC below 21

Hello everybody,

I am little confused about the procedure of I-130. If somebody could clarify few things, I will be grateful to them. Where can I find the step by step procedure for I-130 form, for bringing son of USC below 21. I have noticed, K1 information is more user friendly than any other visa. I have come to US on K1 & got almost all the information from this site very easily.

My husband is a USC, I arrived here on K1 visa. My husband has applied for his son from his first marriage. My step son. He is 20 years old now. He applied for his visa in Jan 2013 under I-130
