K1/Fiance visa question

Hi list,

My Fiance'e received Packet 3 from US Consullate in New Delhi, I have the following questions:

DS-230 PART 1 - is this the only form which need to mailed or anything else at this time and also where to send the packet 3?

When does she take medical?

All the checklist in the paperwork will be ready in few days, does she has to go to VFS Office or submit during the interview?

K1 applied on Dec 8th 2006

NOA1 received Dec 13th

NOA2 received on Dec 27th

letter from NVC on Jan 5th 2007

US Embassy sent packet 3 on Jan 10th
