Good evening, I am filling I-751. We filed tax separately, and my husband has tax lien and hasn't file tax. What should I do? I have all other proof.

Immigration went home visit twice on I 451 and an hour interview, since the age difference. I feel very disgusted by being discriminated by some people especially the government.

How are you being discriminated against?

Don't the authority have the power to do home visits?

Just because you don't like something does not make it a case of discrimination.

By the way, how about complying with US tax laws and pay your taxes.

You want a benefit from the government, cry discrimination and don't bother to pay your tax oblifations. Oh boy. Feel entitled much?

Whole process is about applying and their decision. They have complete right to visit home and enquire by what so ever means they want.

No point of discrimination!

Tax is very important document, you can file separately but should file as married.

You could talk to your husband into filling his taxes because is an obligation. I dont think they discriminate because of age difference because a lot of couples have zero problems and big gap on age between each other... maybe they saw something that made them think it would be better investigate deeply

I love you Charles forever!!
