I bought Knakkebrod online still have a box left. Oh hubs no like sourdough ? :( ya spelt is expensive is why I haven't made it yet and wow on cracking your own rye..is it difficult how do you even do it ?

I will post pics because now that my semester is over, I am bored.

Well, I should have bought a grain mill, but the only ones worth getting were hundreds of dollars and I rarely if ever would need one...

So, I smashed it on the counter and ground it down a little more manually. I don't think it worked out that well, but desperate times.

btw. J is witness to Tiff's OCDness....she insisted on completely dismantling a britta to clean the ####### out of it. and then later, when I picked it up to pour water. the thing explodes and the waters all over...
