making your own bread sounds really cool but i don't like it enough to want to make my own. maybe after a few months i'll miss it enough...we'll see.

i knew that lots of foods had HFCS but geez didn't think the sweetness would come through in bread...it's not meant to be sweet!

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!

I've never baked bread. I can barely bake cookies. My mom's husband used to make tons of homemade bread and it was seriously some of the best stuff I've ever had.

(The rare occasion I miss living with my mom.)

you know...the one thing I was always worried about is making bread and trust me...once you do it 2 or 3 times..it is the easiest thing in the world and so much better.

Maybe I could get TH to do it. Do you have gas or electric? They cook so differently.

I love a guy who looks like he could be on Criminal Minds as either an agent or a killer.

no is not but they don't care about what they put in their bodies...they eat ####### processed food, don't have clue about nutrition. I have to say...and this might be gross to some (sorry in advance) but hubs and fil would not even go to bathroom daily...every 3-4 days until i started cooking...

it does not really matter...I have no clue what we have...i will go with electric...? :D

you can always check on the bread and see if it needs more or less time...my first one came out not too well....so i adjusted things...had it rise in warmer place (oven at 170 then open it to go down to about 85 ? and shove the dough in there for an hour) and changed baking time and all that.

I wonder if it's cheaper in the long run too.

it is cheaper but more time consuming...requires more effort.

I was typing up an email :)
