Jada... you look tiny, even in baggy clothes. I am 15 or 20 lbs too much. I'm 150lbs and 5'4, so according to the BMI scale (which is highly inaccurate) 20 lbs too much. I'd be happier 10lbs lighter but thus far haven't done anything about it so I am what I am.

People are bigger in the USA. Stop wearing stupid baggy clothes to hide. Wear clothes that fit and be proud of what you are. You're smaller than 80-90% of the american women.

PS, being fit has nothing to do with being skinny.

When I'm fit, at 140lbs i can wear a size 6. 10 lbs more and unfit and I'm a 10/12. Weight isn't everything. If you want to be fit, that's fine but then forget about that damn scale. Honestly, anything smaller than a size 4 IMHO, looks almost anorexic.
