I introduced Gump to an atty last year.....who told him that he can be a hardship case for GC because his kid is a savage. SIL didn't want to go that route and remain illegal.

How to get GC because of hardship case? Care to explain more? Violence against Parents, in parallel to VAWA?

Done with K1, AOS and ROC

I'll ask aroound.

I love a guy who looks like he could be on Criminal Minds as either an agent or a killer.

You guys only read what you know about immigration here.

But in reality, an immigration case can be opened based on almost anything. An immigration judge will always hear the case and grant an EAD based on anything. Subsequent hearings and appeals will likely result in GC.

In Gump's case, his hardship is that his American son needs treatment here, and needs Gump and wife to stay and support him.

I'm sorry, the hardship is not Gump's hardship. But his sons hardship.

And whereas you think like a 601 waiver can't be for parents. When in fact, an immigration judge can pretty much override any uscis rules.
