Jada please send me your devotion to get out and walk, and eat healthier. I got 10 pounds of baby weight left and according to my bmi i'm only 10 pounds over weight. The problem I feel like it's 50 lbs more then I'm comfortable with, I gained that moving here. But I have zero self control I need someone to kick my butt and get me moving again. You think Arkansas would be a great place for walks but it sucks,

well....today...I ate terribly so feel better :) If i was closer you would have me at your doorstep everyday and I would cook healthy for you too :D

I set up my fitness pal again and I actually ate less then 1200 calories, but I also need to keep my calories up to be able to feed the little guy. I think I mostly need to get more active, I am going to try and get out and walk tomorrow.

the only way you can say si man in my language is by not using a man at all. That sounds bad lol
