08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Mrs. T-B. made me buy a chocolate cake during my trip to the supermarket yesterday, si man. She & Mini-B. grabbed it from the trunk before I even had a chance to begin unloading the groceries, zip man. They, and the hormigas en la cocina (kitchen ants) devoured Many.Many% of it before I even stowed the other purchases, sigh man. If I am to be portly again, I want some, yum man. I should be able to buy my cake and eat it too, oj tak!

Jada please send me your devotion to get out and walk, and eat healthier. I have 10 pounds of baby weight left and according to my bmi i'm only 10 pounds over weight. The problem is I feel like it's 50 lbs more then I'm comfortable with, I gained that moving here. But I have zero self control I need someone to kick my butt and get me moving again. You'd think Arkansas would be a great place for walks but it sucks,
