Bro D will be along to tell you to show up in person at the Secondary Inspection station at the airport or POE, ask for the Shift Supervisor, explain the situation, and wait there until he gives you a corrected I-94 or a receipt for the action. However, you'll have to wait for Bro D to show up to hear the foregoing, see ma'am.

Anyone with CBP blows you off on the phone, get name, badge number, and supervisor's name when demanding to be connected thereto.

yeah, i looked up uncle d's how-to posts the moment i realised my I-94 was coming up as "not found" but the deferred inspection site closest to us requires an appointment before showing up in person. when we called to fix an appointment, they told us to send in scans via email instead. now when i call, they just cut me off.

i shouldve asked for the guy's name at least. darn.

another rant:

CBP won't give us the option to appear in person to get the I-94 corrected. we had to send in an email instead. i called to follow up today and basically was told to stop calling because they don't give out time frames and will contact me if they need any more information or to tell me it's been corrected.

i can't get an SSN till it's corrected. can i file for AOS without the I-94?

That's just wack.. Usually, one shows up at any CBP office and gets it corrected there. I am surprised this is happening to you. smells like you tried, once. If that's the case, which office did you physically show up at?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Or like a 1910 radio flyer wagon.

Talk about which, I've gotta get my daughter a radio flyer wagon for her birthday. Every kid needs a radio flyer :)

I still see the one my father gave my son for his 2nd birthday, on occasion.

I have seen other ones, all rusted and whatnots, recently, as well, and feel sad.

Apparently the vote on me and another candidate was very close but I lost....they chose someone with more direct experience in the field.
