oh no..cake topper arriving on Monday :( FIL is just getting a cake....no fun pic on it.

since yer in a bigger town,

start walking around and peering into the big trash bins behind the bakeries and food stores.

I'll bet you can find something today... get it, wash it off, steam it clean, then use it. NO ONE WILL KNOW the difference, and if you use a small dremel-like tool, you can reform / reshape it to be something else.

so, a rant:

after making double portions of food last night, there still weren't any leftovers! that means i have to cook again for lunch and dinner today :ranting:

it's like the man grew a second stomach since i last met him in colorado -- seriously, there he ate like a bird, pecked at his food, pushed it around, never finished it...here it's barely enough time to chew till the plate's clean? i love that he's eating, and eating food i cooked, but man is it ever so tiring.

i need larger pots and pans...

Really?

And people are eating surrounded by the smell of urine and all sh!t? And they're not bothered by that at all?

I'm sure people are angry when they allow the kids to do business in the middle of eating inside restaurant. :protest:

actually i've seen someone do that in singapore too, at a food court.

Yep, I know how that goes. It is ridiculous the amount of food that we need since the Dane came into our lives.

Not to mention that it is unsanitary, but are they not concerned with exposing their child's privates to everyone? Not only is it humiliating for the child, but perverts love that stuff.

OK, so if I ever come to China, I'll be eating at the hotel's restaurant.

Of course I know US KFC is not comparable to SG KFC. SG KFC is tastier!

Really puzzling since I thought they should be using the same secret recipes for preparing the chickens.

Just like why McDonald's here doesn't have curry sauce for me to dip my fries <_<

Guys, can you tell me one thing, since I've been wondering about it while readin some other thread here.

Hopefully that won't bring any drama, because I don't want that.

When you vote, do you have to show your ID or something, to get the ballot?

Or you just go to the office (or wherever you can vote) and say "I want to vote" and you get a ballot?
