I've never had a bad interview. In fact I've only had 1 interview where I wasn't hired on the spot but was slotted for another interview that never happened, for whatever reason.

I read people well in person and I'm a bit of a chameleon so it tends to go smoothly.

no he actually was a Master Blacksmith. He hired others to do the basic welding but he really did make everything with a real forge, anvil, and tools. His sons and his youngest daughter also became blacksmiths.
