It used to be cheaper, but like all things, it went up in price. They have a monopoly here because DSL is about as slow as dial up.

I've got excellent DSL here, 12Meg costs me about 56 per month. I've been streaming movies on three tvs at once and had plenty of room for more.

Actually im having a bad week too

me three, this week is sucking the big one.

That is awesome speed, but what are you doing with that much bandwidth?

What's the matter old man?

oh - lots of time on my hands and doing stuff with my wife, she is onboard finally but my pace has slowed due to the training, and I get glum about time-loss.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Well I'm paying for 35/75 as part of a package from VZ. I'm getting about 43/82 out of it.

I have 3 smart TVs, and there's about 25 devices that use my network. The range is also very good.

Anyway, the router that came with the VZ modem, it is 1 unit. It couldn't stream that many devices. Kept getting hung up. When I finally hooked up my Cisco router to it. Now it's smoking.

Nah - it's easier to get down to the coast here, rent a boat for the weekend and go fishing.

I've friends with boats but we never seem to have the same schedule, this year, so far.

I'll be glum the rest o the week. Maybe get to Dallas for a final load out of storage - that would be something to do, I suppose. Ya, that's what I'll do - have the wife tag along on this one, her first long-distance driving adventure (where she drives)
