made it to Toledo...finished moving some things just now ...also got dinner....of course I managed to scrape the back of my foot pretty bad in the door as I was moving desk chair....I hurt myself...no news there :D

somewhat tired. Much more to do tomorrow....and I am unpacking it all too but then got a shuffle :)

That is what has been happening with my daughter.

This technique worked very well with my daughter. It took some time and patience, but eventually the chair was never used. When she got to be a teenager, and started getting a little uppity, I once said you're getting a little big for the chair, but I can get it out again. She shut right up and got the point immediately.

About two or three is when I started the chair trick. She's still stubborn as the day is long, its just in her nature. But she learned there's things she has to do, even when she prefers not to, and quit with the whining until she got her way. It was pretty obvious to me how she learned that habit, but I don't want to get into a rant about my ex issue. :lol:

I think it is the dumb people who admit oneself to be the one criticized, reported my post.
