I used to eat frogs all the time in NC with the hill billys

More food for thought, what the Chinese knew centuries before western medicine.

The chinese will eat anything, and they don't seem to care if its an endangered species either. Chinese fishing vessels have been entering Philippines waters lately and harvesting endangered sea turtles and giant clams. This is part of their recent claim to own all the waters of the south china sea. They even send military boats to protect them, as they fishing vessels are coming into other country's territorial waters.

mother's day luncheon with my wife at a new chinese resturant, chengdu style food.

had dry hot pot frog. omg. ambrosia.

later in the evening, we went shopping, she told me to pick what foods i like and she'll cook it. I choose duck hearts....

she cooked em, mixed em with the frog bits. double ambrosia and Uncle Darnell is feeling all fine and frisky....

But they don't send military escorts with them there. Well they might start that in Taiwan soon too.
