Fish head was the most exotic thing you ate here. Not counting the pig nads in the hotdog

Theres a Chinese dish called "emperors carp" where the carp is held by head and tail, the middle is dipped in hot oil. When served, gills are moving to prove fish was live.

that is just wrong....

balut is good, like hard boiled egg with a little crunch to it.

I will just toast some bread for crunch and have egg over easy thanks.

The asian grocery I shop at has live frogs most of the time. I've never seen anyone ever buying them though.
