Sounds like a sacroiliac joint problem. A chiropractor can help with an adjustment.

You can also try this move I got from my yoga instructor: Lie on your back with a bolster or some sort of padded solid surface under your hips where the leg joints seem to attach - so that just the sacrum is actually supported. Lift your knees up for about 2 or 3 minutes and then lower your legs so your feet are touching the ground,your hips supported by the bolster. Then just let your whole body relax. It may take 20 minutes or so before the psoas muscle around the sacroiliac releases - but when it does, that is the feeling you described above. :)

Tried this and wife pushed leg up at the same time. Works great. Thank you.

Still limping, but 10 times better.

And I put some zheng guo shui on it.

Morning, I've been up since too darn early. Too much coffee drank, raining here to. Not so good a morning.

I was lucky to be tired, out like a light. Gotta decrease coffee amounts too ....Steve got me hooked on too much coffee lol

My mom is even shorter than me, a couple of cm... Maybe 2 inches or something... :D

mine is shorter too but she is so muscly drives me crazy...granted...she got plump also as she aged but still all muscle....it is good she never hit me lol

wow hubs actually realizes that sitting in one room with a dog all day long for months on end is no fun....I told him how I am coming back friday and how I will be crazy busy but ought to be fun and he says "gotta be way better than sitting in one room with a dog"...no s..t...took you 8 months to figure that out ? god.
