Iam a US citizen and im filing for my fiancee and my taxes isnt enough so i took my cousin s taxes for a co sponsorship for my fiancee and the question is my cousin was a co sponsor for me too when i came to America , does she have to mention that she sponsored me and now my fiancee

This is for a K-1, so this is about an I-134. Yes, your cousin needs to list you where it asks on #9 of their I-134. After listing your name, they could put '(Now US Citizen)' after it. She will list your fiance(e), the one being sponsored, in #3.

If for some reason your consulate requires the co-sponsor to fill out an I-864 instead, even for a K-1, then they would not need to list you anywhere or count you in their household size.
