I recently got a notice saying that my EAD and AOS aps have been received. I am trying to add my case to my portfolio on USCIS.gov to monitor the progess like i did with my 129F. However, when i try to add it by receipt number it tells me that I should re-enter it because it cannot be found. Is this a problem?

There are tons of posts addressing this issue.it is a common thing to have to wait awhile

Hello,

The same happened to my husband with his EAD and I called the 1-800 number and they told me that I had to make an appoinment on InfoPass.

We did and when we got there they told us that the application was already approved but they were waiting for his fingerprints (he had them done but they said that it was for the AOS application and not for EAD).

They gave him an appoinment for the next day to get fingerprinted and the following week he got his EAD in the mail.

60 days after submitting his EAD renewal my son-in -law received his EAD card in the mail Monday, the same day it showed as a valid number and approved.
