Dear VJ Friends,

I am LPR, I applied for my child ( I-130) My PD- is 04/16/2012, Case Completed on 04/01/2014, I am now waiting for Interview letter. My son is 4 Years and 3 Months old.

MY question is, Will Coming retrogression do any affect on my case ? I am too much worry about it? please do reply with some positive results........

I don't think retro will affect your case because your PD is early 2012.

did u call nvc already ? for ur interview date?

ahh ok ... u still give me hope. even ur pd is early 2012, interview date is not out yet. maybe they still doing it... dont u worry, think ur pd is safe . and u will get ur il this coming week..

I hope so, but how u know my pd is safe? please make me clear, me and my wife cant even sleep after hearing retrogression.... I cant wait any more, I don't what I will have to do if my case is affected by retro...... Please give me some dependable hope..

bec mexico regressed to april 2012 already. and i think for the other countries it will be later than aprl 2012. its only my opinion. bur still hopong for no retrogression ...

My next questions is like selfish, kindly pardon me, If others are same like mexico then what happened to me? My pd is 04/16/2012, I mean april 2012

mexico is april 15,2012... if ...other countries will regress to same date, u still need to wait for ur pd to be current. bec only those pd earlier than april 15,2012 will be gven a visa. but dont think of it, ur pd is safer than ours....

retrogresstion will occur in the last quarter of fiscal year 2014. which start from july 2014. if you get your interview date before july, then you will be fine, but retrogression all depend on the availability of visas.
