request for Expedite under financial loss

A few days ago i requested an expedite on my wife's and daughters pending cases. I received a rejected email of how sorry they are (wife's case) and just received an email that they need me to send evidence to back up my case for my daughters case.

My request for both cases was filed on the same day by the same officer (phone) for the exact same reasons one denied one needing evidence.

what the heck is going on with those ppl ? How can one be rejected and one requesting evidence ?

I am to frustrated to talk again to another officer and i will say things that i will regret . It just does not make sense . How in the Hell do you "approve" my daughters request and reject my wife's ? It is plain STUPID and ridiculous the least i can say .

Good thing i did not tell my wife or daughter that i was gonna request an expedite . Can you imagine telling my wife " hey are daughter got approved but you got sacked" she would be devastated... pfffff

I know how u feel.... But call them... Call them and explain them whats going on! Or ask to talk with someone else in cause the officer is rude! Most of them they are rude! The last time we were lucky and the one we talked was a super sweet guy and he told us they will do whatever they can to help. He even ask if we are ok and said to my fiance to wish me all the best and to hold strong! It depends of the officer. Thats what i think about the expedite! If they want they approve it if they dont want they wont!

Try one more time .... Do it for ur family! If u need any help u or ur wife im here for u! i speak greek if u need any help! wish u luck! And keep calm!! They try to stress us! Actually they look at us only as number! Thats what our family is for them number and money!

Totally agree. It depends on who you get.

When my husband called and requested to expedite the agent he spoke to flat out refused to put the request through saying "well you're not even in America anymore so what's the rush to get your wife here" true. But I don't think that was his call to make. So my husband called back spoke with someone else who actually did their job and we got approved.

No use complaining about how they approved one and declined one, that's not going to get your family here any faster. Just request it again.

I didnt request twice. The first person didnt put in my request, so someone else did it.

I see that you already put in a request and you were denied. Did you provide more evidence this time to back up your case or the same evidence?

The first time they didnt ask for evidence they just denied the request.

Thank u so much!!! Now we are waiting to see if they will approve it. But i think is a good thing that they didnt send us deny email.

I saw some ppl here that got approved with financial expedites. Let's hope! If i dont tell u anything on the next 15 days it means we are screwed

Mixed feelings here....i am happy and sad at the same time ... what a weird feeling.

USCIS just responded on my daughters requested expedite :

So now what do i do about my wife's denied expedite ? Without even asking for evidence . Should i call tomorrow and ask to talk to a tier2 and ask how this can be ? Wife denied, daughter approved

Any suggestions ?

I cant even share the good news yet to wifey and daughter

Cause our expedite for financial loss was approved on Monday

And yesterday may 8 we got OUR NOA2.

Guys! If u want to expedite ur case... Just try again... And again... It has to do with the person u talk in the beginning and if he is on mood to write the case down. Someone of them they say u cant expedite sorry and they hang up the phone. Some others they just type few lines and they really dont care some others they say we ll do the best we can for u im so sorry for ur situation wish to ur fiance to stay hold and wish u guys all the best. That was our guy on the second time we requested an expedite,

Try guys! Maybe u can get expedite and get ur papers really quick. Here when u try to ask about expedite ur case and most of them they try to eat u alive. They say NO U CANT. and thats it. Like u are going to cheat their position or something. But when u have something really important and u need an expedite... Well yes! Then u must expedite!!!

They only care about Philipines that get expedite and they are always sweet and kind when they talk about those expedites.

But when someone gets expedite and is not Philipines they hate u and be like "no u cant expedite blah blah'

Well.... Uscis found serius that my step father kick me out the house and i have no a place to stay and no money cause im unemployed and that greece right now has 24% unemployed ppl and they expedite us!!

Maybe ur case is more important than this! And uscis will approve it! JUST try!!!!

Each one of u are special individuals and what u have deep inside ur heart .... Will never no one will understand!!

What i learnt since 7 years old is that i had to start take care of myself and that nobody will fight for u more than urself.

Even ur parents! Get up all of u here stand up and fight for ur rights!
