As everyone else said, you send it to the lockbox in Texas. They will decide if it goes to California, Vermont, or the Texas processing center. A lot of people will assume they are at the Texas center since that is where they sent their file, but that is not always the case. Make sure you pay attention to any notifications you get from them regarding where they are sending your file and change your timeline information accordingly. Otherwise, the data on Visajourney can be skewed. Good luck to you!

All petitions are mailed to the Dallas lockbox intake facility, which is not the Texas Service Center. A lot of people mistakenly believe they have mailed their petitions to the TSC simply because the Dallas lockbox is also located in TX.

Vermont is not currently processing I-129F petitions and has not been doing so since last July. All petitions are sent from the Dallas lockbox facility to be processed at either the TSC or the CSC.
