Thank you. Got our in 8 days. All May filers of CSC have been getting very early. I hope and wish that you will receive yours soon. It's a stressful period though since our loved ones are far away

Hi everyone, I'm new but am a May filer. We posted our pack on 05.29.14 and received the NOA1 on 05.27.14. We are at CSC.

I've been reading posts with interest - that's all we have left to do once the petition has left our hands, right? Although I am very pleased that we have CSC, I also feel a little guilty about feeling pleased as it does seem very unfair that there is such a difference between the processing times compared to TSC.

It does feel very good though that this now out of my hands, unless we get an RFE there is nothing more that we can do right now...aahhhh (sigh), it's a very stressful time trying to make sure everything is exactly right to send off!

Well, I wish everyone luck and love ;-) and I'll be sure to update regularly, x

Hi to all May filers!

I-129F sent on May 12 and no NOA1 notification yet. So called the hotline today and asked for the status. They said it was received last May 14 and maybe will send notifications on email and hard copy next week. They already gave a receipt number though that starts with WAC. Is it in CSC or TSC? Thanks.

It was received on April 28, 2014

NOA 1 on May 1st 2014

Alien registration number changed on May 2, 2014

Our case and status hasn't changed and we have been assigned the Texas service Center.

Has any Texas filers had any change yet?
