I haven't received an email yet, i'm sure it will follow today or tomorrow. I've just been anxious/nervous to see if we were approved or if I had to response to RFE lol.

Hello everyone! I have a question regarding the ARN (alien registration number) is it the same as the WTC recieved with the first NOA or not? I'm trying to figure all this thing out.. Or with the I-797 comes the ARN?

I received only one ARN, and it was written on the paper that came in his mail (form I-797), that means first NOA.
