so last saturday when I first checked this group up.. I had no new about our case.. I just knew that the check was cashed. so my fiance called USCIS on june 23th.. on the line they said it was approved.. but I couldnt 100% believe it before I could see it on their website.. they said the address was wrong.. so they fixed it.. then we got our case number yay!so the status of the case changed to noa1 may 25 and today to noa2 may 26!

so yeah they were just right.. I tried to call the NVC today.. first try I got it and was waiting on the line.. then missed the line.. so tomorrow morniing will be trying again.. my fiace is super busy at work wish he get a moment to call uscis again.. because I cant understand why we didnt and dont get anything on our emails!! so if it was already aprroved when did they approve it? and if the address and email wasnt working how could they send the case foward NVC? he was so happy to hear the word approved that he forgot to make sure the email was right.. anyway lets see if tomorow I can get some news about it..

good luck to everybody!

Noa 2 june 12 and still nothing from NVC! When will they notify us? Or we have to call them?

And I hope all you Texas filers will hear something soon, not fair it's taking so long for all of you:(

We got NOA2 June 16th and I called the NVC today for case number and they have not received it yet. They keep telling me to wait 4-5 weeks every time i call. I was a TSC filer (even NOA2 says it) and we went from NOA1 to NOA2 in just 1 month 1 week. We feel very fortunate but we also majorly front loaded our I-129f petition when we sent it in.

On your timeline page (on the bottom): http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=179615

For you, it says "Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between November 9, 2014 and December 18, 2014*." because your case is being processed at Texas Service Center.

I am the Petitioner for an I-129F for my fiancee in Ethiopia. Unlike many others on this thread, my application seems to be stuck at the TSC. It has been more than a month since I received my NOA1 by email/text. Any ideas? Does the Embassy location influence the process at all?

Timeline:

5/16/14 I-129F sent

5/19/14 I-129f USPS confirmed delivery

5/21/14 – NOA1 Notice Date

5/22/14 NOA1 received via email/text

5/22/14 Check cashed by USCIS

5/27/14 NOA1 received via mail file assigned to TSC

5/29/14 alien number changed; viewed on website; no paperwork received

Thank you in advance for your input

A quick question for everyone.

My case is being processed at TSC, so it is likely that I won't get NOA2 until October or November. I am going to go visit my fiance in August. What paperwork should I carry now so that I don't have to mail a package of paperwork later?
