Hi everybody! My fiancé sent our I129F package on April 25th and the USCIS received it on April 28th. We got our NOA1 by text and email on May 1st and our Alien Registration Number changed on May 2n

We got our interview date!!! 15th July here we come!!! So nervous! So much to do before the big day!

Did you really plan to choose July 15 for your intvw date or was it the earliest available date for appointment?

4/29 - I-129f Sent to TX Lockbox

4/30 - Received as per USPS tracking

5/5 - Received NOA1 thru txt and email

5/6 - Alien Registration Number Changed

5/9 - Received NOA1 by mail

5/12 - RFE

5/19 - Submitted docs for RFE

We got the same time line. All the best to you and your journey.

USCIS website status check says "initial review" and my Alien Registration Number was changed on Jun 3rd. SO excited!! Hoping for NOA2 REAL soon!! :goofy: But our NOA1 hardcopy hasn't arrived yet :clock:

I needed a help from you guys

My nvc case status is READY

Now my embassy web site lists that they will contact me for packet 3 but unfortunately they have not.

While in the letter of NVC sent to my petitioner which only arrived yesterday, it asked " your foreign fiancee to complete DS160 form"

so i completed and sent it

Am i on a right track??

NVC Recieved: 28th May 2014

NVC Sent: 29th May 2014

Consulate Recieved: 3rd June 2014

As I know, you need to wait for package no. 3 in order to complete the DS-160 form. Try to contact the Embassy and ask them about your case.

08 May 2014 - Alien Registration Number Changed
29 May 2014 - NOA 2 received, Petition approved (23 days)

11 June 2014 - NVC Case Number Received (got it by phone)

16 June 2014 - NVC Sent package to the Embassy

19 June 2014 - Embassy receive package from NVC

19 June 2014 - Packet 3 received by email

20 June 2014 - Medical Exam

25 June 2014 - Interview APPROVED !

01 July 2014 - Entered US

It takes 5 - 7 days on average to get to the service center and check cashed from what I have seen.
