hello! I am about to file an I130 with I485 for my mom (concurrent filing). She entered the US early this year as B1/B2. She was given 6 months to stay.

Some questions:

1. Is there a need to apply for an extension of her stay while waiting for her greencard process?

2. Is this the correct place to send concurrent filing?

USCIS
P.O. Box 805887
Chicago, IL 60680-4120

3. I live in CA which USCIS office will process this concurrent filing? (I want to look at processing times)

Thank you.

Andre (Philippines) & Nicole (USA)

Follow up question:

Is there a fee for filing an B1/B2 extension?
