The USCIS' new processing dates for I 765 (without AOS) indicates that they are processing cases with the receipt date of 13 December 2005. Mine is the beginning of December. I have not heard from them in any way during my wait. No letters, no appointment for biometrics... Do they know what they are doing?

Is it possible that they made up dates and decided to announce those in their website?

Why are the ranks of civil service filled with incompetent-inefficient morons?

I am now a US citizen.

I don't think they made up dates. but I do know from experience that soemtimes they just don't tell you that you're approved.

I suggest you wait a bit longer and when the processing times exceed yours by 90 days call USCIS and maybe, maybe, maybe they can help you.

Good luck

Nobody should wait for their EAD longer than 90 days since their EAD NOA.

internetkafe, I suggest you make an infopass appointment and talk about your problem there. If 90 days have passed since your NOA date they can even give you an interim EAD, which you could use until you would get the one that you applied for. Who knows, they might schedule you for your biometrics right there on the spot.

Thank you for your replies germangel and Anastasia,

There is just one day open for infopass and that is later this month. It has been almost 100 day since I received the NOA1 letter. No appointment letter for biometrics... And as far as I can say reading the timelines it is not only I who is in this annoying longer-than-expected waiting. Yet the NBC says they are processing cases with the receipt date of 13 December...

I am fed up having to deal with this group of lazy moronic 'people' who man the USCIS and all immigration bureaucracy. They are there for the purpose of not facilitating immigrants' stay in the country but for making it difficult as much as possible for them so that they decide to leave the fu.kers alone in their beloved shi.hole.

:(

I am now a US citizen.

Well, if it's already been 100 days you can get an interim EAD through infopass. Seems like almost everyone has to do this at the moment, they are rather slow in processing just about everything.

I hope you get an infopass apointment and your interim EAD right there.

Good luck to you
