Well, I guess that means that Obamacare is finally settled. They're not seeing that as a winning mid-term issue anymore.

Unable to get his minions to vote down the ACA, Boehner now focuses on a brand new shiny thing. Forget all the other issues... What a joke....

Now that the Benghazi story has been forced to the fore (thanks, Judicial Watch! Congress would never have gotten 'round to it), blogger Andy McCarthy wonders where the preznit was the night of the attacks:

Quote

Outnumbered and fighting off wave after jihadist wave, Americans were left to die in Benghazi while administration officials huddled, not to devise a rescue strategy, but to spin the election-year politics. The most powerful and capable armed forces in the history of the world idled, looking not to their commander-in-chief but to a State Department that busied itself writing press releases about phantom Islamophobia. The president of the United States, the only constitutional official responsible for responding, was nowhere to be found.

Turns out the preznit was engaged in the vital task of debate prep, and couldn't be bothered to wander all the way down to the situation room to deal with the Benghazi crisis. I mean: a preznit's got to keep his priorities straight, right? <_<

This is just one of many pathetic phony scandals that will take a huge turn after the Senate changes hands this fall. Obama, his cabinet or sheep, Eric Holder and his minions, those who directed Lois Learner, and others will have to face legal music that will be the beginning of getting this country back on track.

... a brand new shiny thing.

What: like the Clippers? or "income inequality? or Brendan Eich? or "phony scandals"? or an "unemployment rate" of 6.3% (which by constant measure is now somewhere over 10%)? Or ...

Anything to distract from the ongoing failures of the preznit's policies.

Obama and his team will be in a world of hurt if Hillary does not win in 2016.

Well, they'll be out of a job regardless (thank Allah!). Hillary's incompetence and conniving would be a far sight better than this preznit's malevolence.

But let's not even worry about a Democrat win.

It's his wife's name

Might be, since he skipped my comment. He might be shy about it.

Didn't know that. It's not even close to a coincidence especially with the story of Sharyl Attkisson on top of it:

Sharyl Attkisson resigns from CBS News

CBS News investigative correspondent Sharyl Attkisson has reached an agreement to resign from CBS News ahead of contract, bringing an end to months of hard-fought negotiations, sources familiar with her departure told POLITICO on Monday.
Attkisson, who has been with CBS News for two decades, had grown frustrated with what she saw as the network’s liberal bias, an outsize influence by the network’s corporate partners and a lack of dedication to investigative reporting, several sources said. She increasingly felt that her work was no longer supported and that it was a struggle to get her reporting on air.
At the same time, Attkisson’s reporting on the Obama administration, which some staffers characterized as agenda-driven, had led network executives to doubt the impartiality of her reporting. She is currently at work on a book — tentatively titled “Stonewalled: One Reporter’s Fight for Truth in Obama’s Washington” — that addresses the challenges of reporting critically on the administration.

Phony scandal, there's no there there.

In one of the emails, White House official Ben Rhodes outlined “goals” for the talk-show appearances of Susan Rice, who was serving as ambassador to the United Nations at the time.
Rhodes said Rice should “underscore that these protests are rooted in an Internet video, and not a broader failure of policy.”

Heh. Then there's White House spokesman and "paid liar" Jay Carney, who's married to ABC's "Good Morning America" senior national correspondent Claire Shipman. Talk about inbred. D'ya think they agree on politics, and have influence on each others' talking points? <_<

Hint: their place is decorated with Soviet propaganda posters. Ah, the good ol' days.
