Ready? So confusing

Just track my visa application on this site n still "ready" from April 28 till now. No changes. I thought it only takes 3 days when u got approved. https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?

I have been on READY since my husband interview on april 21. It is very confusing, I wish I knew what it meant. Did you get approved on your interview?

If your timeline is up to date, you are only at the NVC stage. That can take from a few days to a month or more. You can call NVC and ask if you have been assigned a case number. Once you have the case number, you can contact the Consulate.

The consul didnt tell me about those words only he said, "okay, have a good day. N said need to wait for another call. The man on the last window just look at me n smile n said i just have to wait for my visa to be mailed. I asked him if i am approved and he said "yes. I asked him too when to have my visa n how many days did i need to wait. N he just said they really dont gv me info if how long will it take.

April 21 was way too far. I hope mine won't take that long. ?

there is something very wrong with Manila Embassy. My interview was march 24th, got issued April

24th and received visa May 1st but NO 2GO text. Driver just showed up, glad my wife was homeThe Embassy wasted 5 weeks

If you aren't sure then call the embassy. But I wouldn't be too worried, you got approved and you'll have the visa in your hand very sooon
