i765 approved, never arrives

Hello everybody.

I hope someone can help me, because my situation is frustrating. I am in Texas since July with a J1, I have a three years contract. My husband has the J2 status, and he applied for the i765 last august. In september we received a letter telling us that it had been approved. The problem began because we moved, and although we changed the adress in the web, they sent the job card to the old address and we never knew it. Finally, we discovered that the card has been returned to Dallas. It was last December. Since then we have been phoning to the USCIS service because we need the card, my husband is not working and we are a five people family. We have received three letters, the first one telling us that it would arrive in 30 days and it never did, the second one asking us to wait 60 more days, and again it never arrive, and then another one asking us for 30 more days. It was two months ago. Finally, they gave us an e-mail of the office where the card is supposed to be is Mesquite, Tx. The answer is always the same, the problem is that the application was approved, the problem is that they don't send us the card. They tell us that we cannot go to Mesquite and pick the card by ourselves, or we cannot even phone.
